What does BSGC specialize in?

How do I know which investigation package to choose?
Choose DCP for light structures and shallow investigations (bungalows). Choose Borehole for multi-storey buildings and deep investigations. Choose Geophysical for pre-drilling optimization and groundwater assessment. Contact us for advice based on your project.
What is DCP testing and when should it be used?
DCP (Dynamic Cone Penetrometer) testing is a rapid, cost-effective method for evaluating soil strength up to 3 metres depth. It's ideal for bungalows, light structures, and preliminary site assessments where quick results are needed.
How long does a borehole investigation take?
Typical borehole investigations take 3-4 weeks from drilling to final report. This includes field work, sample collection, laboratory testing, data analysis, and report writing. Urgent projects can be expedited.
What geophysical methods does BSGC use?
We use 2D seismic profiling to map subsurface layering and velocity contrasts, and electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) to assess subsurface electrical properties. Both are non-invasive and conducted before drilling.

Yes. We conduct hydrogeological surveys, use resistivity surveys for groundwater mapping, perform pump tests to determine aquifer yield, and provide water quality analysis. We also supervise borehole development and well completion.
